Each client has a full page entry which is individually marketed to all major search engines. Accordingly our aim has always been to achieve Google links directly to the page itself, rather than just a contact list with other similar businesses - the case with most directories.

Also, importantly, that the page contains sufficient relevant information to capture the visitor’s attention leading to a phone or email enquiry from the page, or a link on to their website, if any.

In&Around was established essentially as a local directory to promote businesses in the region. For this reason local terms such as town names, “county durham” and “north east” are heavily targeted. However, as some of the examples show, specific key phrases relating purely to the business are also having pleasing success – welcome if a business is targeting a countrywide or worldwide audience for online sales.
